Semalam kecoh di facebook apabila seorang wanita berbangsa Cina mengupload gambar seorang budak lelaki berumur 13 tahun dan mangsa mengatakan bahawa beliau hampir dirogol oleh budak tersebut di tandas stesen minyak di Jalan Munshi Abdullah, Melaka.
Selain mendedahkan tentang kanak kanak tersebut, mangsa juga mendedahkan tentang kekecewaan beliau semasa membuat laporan di balai polis . Berikut adalah luahan hati mangsa yang dibuat di facebook beliau.
“Dear all, i was nearly been raped by a 13 year old malay kid at Shell Petrol Kiosk female toilet (Jalan Munshi Abdullah). I stop by there for a poo break and he stormed in when i opened the door after m done. With such a young mind, he manage to hold me and shut my mouth..he kissed my cheeks and molested my breast… While i struggled to fight him off … I shouted my lungs out till the opposite Bank Simpanan Nasional staff and customer heard my shouting..In between of fighting him off, i manage to bite his fingers..
“After a few attempts of trying to open the door, finally i heard a few person outside the toilet.. With that i try even harder to open the door and manage to slot my palm in between the door to avoid the door being shut again ..And thank god the shell assistant was right outside the toilet with another malay lady and malay man after the door was partly open.. They caught him and keep him in the male toilet till the police are here..
“And what was even heart breaking , is that the police ask me whether to let him go or continue with the police report.. Y on earth should i be letting him go??!!! And i m being questioned that did i make a lie??!! How sad is this that i m being questioned in such a way just because he is a kid….,Thank god he was not armed with any tool nor he is with other adult that may even harm me more.. And now i m in Hospital Besar Melaka for check up and will proceed with another investigation and report at IPK .. And a reminder to all the ladies and men out there, the world has changed.. A kid of 13 years old has managed to do such a criminal thing.Age doesnt matter when it comes to crime…please take extra precaution when u r out there..FYI, his name is XXXXXX (Mykad : 0****XXXX****). “This is another front photo of the boy that tries to rape me yesterday.. He looks and act slumber.. Moreover, he tell lies that he is looking for his ‘adik’ at the toilet (the truth is , he is the youngest in the family)..And i got the info that his dad is a *** staff and his mom is a TEACHER.. how Shameful is this!!!!! A son of a Teacher can have such insane acts..! Now, family background doesnt matter, age doesnt matter, location doesnt matter, and time doesnt matter when it comes to crime..”
“This is how the police station welcomes me when i was there at around 8.30 night on new yr eve… No one was at the counter to assist me ( my 1st thought.. Did all the police went for new yr eve countdown celebration??) .. I have to find the way myself to the respective sergeant to do further interview.. Another sad part, the very 1st question that the lady officer ask me is
Lady officer: U tak dapat lawan dia ke??”..
Myself: kalau i tak lawan, i dah habis kena rogol..
Lady officer: tak mungkin la.. Dia budak kecil, lagipun itu tempat awam..
See, this is how our police handle cases..they take things easily.. And when i make my statement, she had it typed wrongly, and i ask for amendment.. All she said is “i sudah key in la, tak boleh nak tukar”.. But of cos i insist asking for amendment..and out of her frustration she said ” i kasi u tukar sampai u puas hati”..
Sad sad sad.. I will have more encounters with these people till the case is close.. God pls be with me all the time..”
**satu komen dari admin. Berkaitan pertanyaan dari pihak polis semasa beliau membuat laporan. Itu bukan pertanyaan biasa dan sikap ambil mudah. Itu adalah prosedur polis untuk mengambil setiap statement berkaitan kejadian .
**Dan rasanya tidak perlu beliau mendedahkan butiran peribadi kanak kanak terbabit kerana menyalahi Seksyen 15 Akta Kanak-Kanak 2001 [Akta 601] yang menetapkan :
Tidak boleh mendedahkan nama, alamat atau institusi pendidikan atau apa-apa butir yang direncanakan untuk membolehkan dikenal pasti mana-mana kanak-kanak yang terlibat sedemikian sama ada sebagai orang yang terhadapnya atau yang berkenaan denganya tindakan sedang diambil atau sebagai seorang saksi dalam tindakan itu.
**apapun semoga kes ini boleh dijadikan iktibar dan wanita dinasihatkan berhati hati tidak kira dimana berada dan dengan siapa anda berada. Jenayah boleh berlaku dimana mana dan bila masa sahaja. Semoga dijauhkan dari kejadian sebegini.

sebab inilah yang jadi punahnya bangsa melayu......masih pertahankan ,tak mustahil budak ni jadi jahat dan perogol bersiri besar nanti...teruslah membela orang melayu yaaaaaa
sebab bukan admin yang kena so admin boleh la bersifat cool and membela orang melayu rosak camtu..saya pun orang melayu and saya sangat malu dengan tindakan budak melayu dan polis tu..saya pun mungkin akan buat perkara yang sama kalau saya dekat tempat perempuan tu. details nama, alamat, gambar dia and the whole family sekali..bila bab dedahkan nama nak ikut akta, tapi bab uruskan kes,tak nak ikut prosedur. Prosedure kah bila tanya nak lepaskan budak tu ke tak..awak sangat tak perihatin ye admin
